I'm Dr. Pablo Paredes Romero, and all my life, I've been fascinated by entrepreneurship and moved to help people. I'm a small business leadership coach and personal development mentor. I partner with clients in California and South Florida to help them do more than achieve their goals. My modality is to help them create personalized systems for sustainable success.
My work in the State of California with pre-venture entrepreneurs through courses I have designed and delivered has been some of my most career's fulfilling work. Partnering with them throughout the business plan writing process and their coursework while watching them launch their businesses is a profoundly inspiring experience. I am here for them.
Small business owners have inspired me all my career, whether it was working for or with them, or researching their worlds as an academic. I'll never forget the profound impact of their presence on my life. I am here for them.
My career as and among People Operations and HR professionals cleared the path to travel on my way to discovering my life's work. That's deep in my professional DNA. I am here for them.
The foundation of my work as an educator is grounded in my memories of being an undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral student. Someone was there for me once. And now, I am here for my clients.

Style
I create an informal, casual space for my clients for our sessions. I hope to communicate to my clients the comfort of knowing that I value discretion and their confidentiality above all. I don’t use the names of organizations or clients to bolster my profile. If you are looking for a silent partner with whom to confide and collaborate, then we can certainly work together. I don’t go in for the noise of social media profile self-aggrandizement, posting about you, and trying to be an influencer. I am not in it for the likes or for the shares. I do not shill for products or services you don’t need. I am in it to be part of a true partnership: a collaborative dyad that helps us co-create for you the things in your life that will bring you the fulfillment and self-actualization we all, as human beings, so richly deserve.
Expertise
I am a former career People Operations/HR professional.
I have been fortunate to have worked in multiple industries and with some truly remarkable people. I am also an academic and professor which has given me the honor of mentoring our next generation of leaders.
Through industry experience, academic training, and successful entrepreneurship, I serve a diverse clientele, specializing in HR/PO professionals, entrepreneurs (primarily Latinx small business owners), owners, and graduate students.
My deepest gratitude is expressed daily for my travels in these spaces and for the greatness I witness in my clients and students daily. They are the “why” of what I do.
Credentials
I hold a Ph.D. in Leadership and Education, a Master of Science in HR Management and a Bachelor of Science in Communications. I also hold the prestigious SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. I am a proud, certified coach through the International Coaching Federation.
I studied in the University of Miami program under some of the most brilliant Master Certified Coaches in the world. I am a committed lifelong learner.

As a coach, consultant, and educator, I am most fulfilled when I am helping people realize their potential through engaged listening and facilitating learning that is tailored to their knowledge, skills, abilities, and learning style.
