Welcome to a safe, secure, and respectful partnership experience. I look forward to working with you. You'll see the term "partnership" used extensively throughout this site and our work together. It's the cornerstone of everything we do.

I was a People Operations/HR professional who evolved within that profession, leveraging and retooling here and there to get to this point in my career. I am fortunate to do what I get to do what I do now, which is helping people assess, design, develop, reflect upon and evaluate their careers. As a corporate director, the most rewarding part of what I did was coaching and mentoring people. Creating and working within these types of partnerships have been among the most fulfilling experiences of my life. Witnessing my clients' greatness, being their navigator, as it were, on their road trips to self-actualization, is an indescribable feeling. Why? Because, they, like all good superheroes, have an origin story. Yours, in the storyline of your life, is as unique and remarkable as the person to whom it belongs. There are moments of self-doubt, or realization, of trial and tribulation. They make us who we are. Traveling alone can be harrowing. As a person who travelled many of those roads alone, I can say that having a confidant and travel companion is often relieving in that it allows you to do the things that make you brilliant, without having to feel uncelebrated or unsupported.

Everything we do here is about intentionality and purpose. We consciously and actively fight autopilot, inertia, and the legion malaise that keep us from living a quality of life, enjoying the level of success, and creating the experiences we feel are worthy of us. How does it happen? Through the work. Like anything ever worth having. I will challenge you, celebrate you, and accompany you as you make your way through obstacles, ruts, forks in the road, and moments of deep self-doubt. Of feeling like you don't belong here or are not the great things that you are or people tell you that you are. These are part of the catalog of emotions and moments in the experience of human enterprise, whatever that enterprise may be oor mean to you.

Do I Need a Coach?

I don't know. Do you? I say that aware of the risk of answering a question with a question. I would ask you: "Do you consider yourself coachable?". I believe you may find the answers in your history. The answer to that simple question is everything. Can you recall a time in your life when someone took the time to accompany and advise you in a way that changed the trajectory of your life? If the answer is "yes," I would say you could benefit from a coaching partnership. The pages of the stories of our lives are graced by the people who came into them and helped us become better versions of ourselves. No one does it truly all alone. It may be a spiritual advisor, a team coach at school, a supervisor or manager, a family member, or a friend. Someone helped. Someone helped you become this version of you.

Maybe you started something you knew you couldn't finish or feel like you've lost yourself along the way to wherever you find yourself now. Maybe your ideas then were larger than the time you could realistically dedicate to them. Perhaps you've felt alone in your work for so long that you've forgotten what having a partner was like. Exceptional people either accept exceptional challenges or create them for themselves. Either way, people like us shouldn't have to go it alone forever. Entrepreneurship can be among the lonelier roads to travel, similar, in ways, to being a People Operations or HR professional, or a graduate student. The path to wherever you want to be is so unique to who you are and what you are creating that it becomes more challenging to find people with whom you can relate and share ideas. It doesn't need to be.

We design frameworks and actions through which we can systematically create our visions in replicable and scalable manners together. In short, we devise systems together that will help you achieve impactful, measurable, and consistent results. The best part? Partnership.
